Ordering Online
Making a purchase online is easy and very simple. Just browse through the store and add the required products to your shopping cart. At the checkout you will be asked to select how you would like to pay for your order. After your payment is complete you will receive an automatic order confirmation via email. This is only to indicate that you have placed your order and we have received your order. You will receive another email when your order has been dispatched.
We accept the following types of payments:
Paypal, Credit/Debit Cards & Cheques/Postal Orders.
Out of Stock Items
We try to keep our website as up to date as possible with correct stock quanities. If we receive an order for an out of stock item there are a few things which may happen. If the item is due in we will contact you to find out if you are happy to wait and have your order sent complete. We also occasionally send a part order and follow on with the goods when they arrive in stock. We will always communicate with you to let you know what we are planning to do and wait for your acceptance. Please make sure that you leave a number, preferably a landline or mobile, that we may contact you on or an email that you regularly check. Having this information makes the ordering process much smoother & quicker for you and us.
If in the event of an item being out of stock either permanently or we are not sure of the timescale you will be refunded accordingly. We aim to refund any amounts within 7 days of order being despatched but more often than not it is the same day. If we have made a mistake with your order please contact as soon as possible so we may rectify the problem.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are despatched in the order we receive them. Orders are all sent via royal mail. We reserve the right to use a courier depending on the weight or value of your order. This will sometimes require a signature upon delivery. Method of delivery is at our discretion. Overseas postage is charged at the cost shown on the site when ordering. If it is considerably less than this amount to post we will adjust the charge accordingly. If it is a considerably larger amount to post we will contact you with the cost and you may review your order. We aim to despatch orders placed before 2pm the same day the order was placed but please allow 3-5 days before despatch. Royal Mail states that any claims for loss cannot be made until 15 working days after despatch. We therefore will only send out a replacement or a refund after the 15 days since despatch. We have a flat rate postage for UK orders of £1.99. All orders over £29.99 are postage free.
It is your responsibility to give the correct full shipping & billing address.
Returns and Refunds
If in the event you have a faulty item, please contact us asap so we can rectify the situation. You will need to send the items back to us asap. Please DO NOT send an item back without contacting us first. In the event of the item being faulty we will of course refund the postage cost. In the event of you changing your mind for any reason we are happy to exchange or refund for an item provided it is unopened and in the original packaging. In these circumstances we are not liable for the cost of postage and will charge postage on the replacement items. We will refund to the payment the same way you paid for the order.

We reserve the right to change these Conditions from time to time, without notice to you and your continued use of the Website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.
